The Workforce Therapy Files team attended the 2024 Kentucky SHRM Conference, in Louisville. We took the opportunity to interview over 20 professionals who stopped by our booth.
In this segment, we interview David Irwin, President of gThankYou LLC. They produce and sell gift certificates employers can give to employees for a variety of reasons, including holiday celebrations. The gift card works like a coupon for items such as a turkey, ham, full bag of groceries, etc. It’s an innovative approach offering control and flexibility for employers who want to reward their employees.
